Q: How much does an NrGize franchise cost?
A: The build-out of your restaurant (traditional location) can range from $103,900 - $409,300* depending on the size and type of location. We also suggest that you have in reserve $15,000-$30,000 for operating expenses until your business is up and running. *More detailed investment information is available in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Q: What are the financial requirements to qualify for an NrGize?
A: To purchase an NrGize franchise, you will need a credit score of 680, a net worth of $250,000, and the required liquid capital of $100,000.
Q: If I don't meet the financial or operational criteria to become a franchisee, can I partner with someone who does?
A: Yes, you can. As long as your partner owns at least 50% of your organization, this is acceptable.
Q: Will you help me secure financing?
A: No, NrGize does not offer financing although we have a broad list of recommended lenders we can share with candidates.
Q: Is there a continuing royalty fee?
A: Continuing Royalty Fee is equal to the greater of 6% of weekly gross sales or $150.00 (traditional location).
Q: I've never built a store before. How does all of this work?
A: The NrGize team will guide you through all phases of the site selection, construction, training, grand opening and ongoing processes for marketing and operations.
Q: Do you provide marketing support?
A: Yes, you will have a market manager that will help you with all of your marketing needs. Your manger will also help you identify marketing opportunities in your specific location. Building sales takes effort on many different levels - from running your business with monitored food costs, to strong operations, to local store marketing, to most importantly ensuring that you give every customer a reason to return. Increasing sales takes diligent effort in all areas of your business.
Q: Where will I train and for how long?
A: Prior to opening, you will receive 16 hours of in-store training in one of our training stores. Upon completion of your in-store training, you will spend five days at the Kahala Training & Education Center in Scottsdale, Ariz.
